Prime Minister receives Coach Park Hang-seo
On the afternoon of February 19, at the Government headquarters, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc received Head Coach of the Vietnam National Men's Football Team Park Hang-seo and his wife.
Happy to meet Coach Park Hang-seo and his wife again at the beginning of the Lunar New Year, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc emphasized that Mr. Park Hang-seo brings great joy to the Vietnamese people with football; and assessed him as an important bridge for the friendly relations between Vietnam and Korea.

The Prime Minister stated that today's reception shows the respect and gratitude of the Government and the Prime Minister for his contributions to Vietnamese football in the past and that he has laid a great foundation for the development of Vietnamese football, something that has never happened before.
The Prime Minister believes that Mr. Park Hang-seo will continue to make great contributions to the strong development of Vietnamese football in the coming time.
Mr. Park Hang-seo said that throughout 2018 and early 2019, he and the members of the Vietnam Football Team received great affection from the Vietnamese people. To achieve that, the team has made great efforts and always received support from ministries, branches, and the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF). In 2019, he said, the team will have many important competitions. He and the team will do their best to respond to the affection that the Vietnamese people have given them, not disappointing the expectations of the fans.

The Prime Minister affirmed that the Government and VFF will try to meet his recommendations so that Vietnamese football can develop more strongly, with the spirit of creating all conditions for him to fulfill his responsibilities in the national team. Football is not only a sport but also a spirit of solidarity, expressing the aspirations of the people.
The Prime Minister said he would arrange time to meet directly with VFF to listen to his opinions; and requested relevant ministries and branches to have forms of rewards to promptly encourage the team.
The Prime Minister hopes that he will focus his efforts on the national football team; and hopes that the VFF will promptly report all of Mr. Park Hang-seo's recommendations.
On this occasion, the Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to Mr. Park Hang-seo's wife for her wholehearted service to Mr. Park Hang-seo's career and wished him and his family good health and happiness./.
