- There are many reasons for this. Sometimes, factions arise due to power struggles. Sometimes, conflicts arise due to personal interests. Sometimes, disagreements arise due to policy decisions made without collective discussion. Living together without affection also causes disunity.

- This is a bit difficult to say. In my work, I promote the spirit of responsibility, resolve interests fairly and objectively, and make decisions based on collective discussions. However, there are things that I am still criticized by my colleagues. For example, I often arrive late to the office, am often absent from party cell meetings, drink alcohol freely when entertaining guests, and occasionally invite friends out for drinks.
