Reviewing, evaluating, and classifying Party organizations and Party members at the end of the year in a substantial and serious manner is one of the important solutions to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations as well as the quality of Party members; contributing to promoting the implementation of political tasks in each locality and unit, especially overcoming limitations and shortcomings in the leadership and direction of Party committees.

From the practice of implementing the review work at the grassroots level, comrade Dang Van Lap - Secretary of the Thanh Yen Commune Party Committee (Thanh Chuong) said: Reviewing and pointing out the right shortcomings and limitations will help the overcoming process to be focused, key and effective. Specifically, in Thanh Yen Commune, the review at the end of 2021 pointed out that the leadership, direction and coordination capacity in handling a number of cases related to land encroachment and traffic safety corridors were not effective, lasting for decades; the propaganda and mobilization role of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations was not highly effective in a number of areas. The Commune Party Committee, organizations and individuals, especially the heads of Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations, have developed a plan to overcome and seriously urged and directed.

Accordingly, on the basis of clearly identifying the origin of the land and consolidating the legal basis, Thanh Yen commune has coordinated to enforce 2 cases of land encroachment and traffic safety corridor; at the same time, built a concrete road to Bau O, convenient for people to travel and produce, which has been encroached for a long time and cannot be built. Propaganda and mobilization activities of the Party, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations are innovative, in-depth, close, and persistent; taking the example of cadres and party members to spread. According to comrade Nguyen Khac Son - Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, the shortcomings and limitations pointed out in the year-end reviews, the Party Committee has developed plans with very specific solutions to overcome them. For example, to overcome the formality in studying the Resolution, the Commune Party Committee provides each Party member with a notebook and requires that all resolution study sessions and Party cell meetings must be recorded for inspection; at the same time, it requires writing reports, scoring, and rewarding quality articles, thereby raising awareness and motivating Party members to study and research seriously.

Or in leadership and direction, there is a more comprehensive and comprehensive approach in all fields, mobilizing the "even-handed" participation of the entire political system and the heads of Party committees and authorities to proactively research the fields to grasp and closely direct the work. Strengthen management and proactively inspect and supervise issues that are prone to violations such as land, basic construction investment, finance - budget; develop a plan to direct the resolution of a number of recommendations and concerns of the people for many years, such as expanding the road passing through 10 households in Long Nam hamlet; coordinate with Electricity to invest in 4 transformer stations, upgrade the system of wires and electric poles, improve the quality of electricity for people's daily life; integrate capital sources to build canals that were planned 20 years ago...

At this time, Party committees at all levels in the province are focusing on implementing the work of reviewing, evaluating, and classifying Party organizations and Party members at the end of the year. During the review process, Thanh Chuong District Party Committee requested to review and evaluate the implementation of overcoming the limitations and shortcomings of 2021 and the conclusions of inspection, supervision and monitoring teams at all levels for each unit, clarifying the responsibilities of each individual.
