Through patrol and control work, the Vinh City Traffic Police force has recorded many cases of underage teenagers driving motorbikes, swerving on the road, and many not wearing helmets because they think it's not necessary during Tet (Lunar New Year). "We warn and hope that parents will increase their supervision of their children, reminding them not to violate the law and absolutely not allowing underage individuals to drive motorbikes illegally. In the coming time, we will continue our operations to ensure the safety of people celebrating Tet," Major Phuong affirmed.
