(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 4th, Comrade Tran Cong Duong – Member of the Standing Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office – led a working group to inspect the results of implementing Directive 03 of the Politburo on continuing to promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's moral example and Resolution 04 (11th Congress) "Some urgent issues concerning Party building work today" at several grassroots Party organizations under the Do Luong District Party Committee.

Joining the delegation were leaders from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Mass Mobilization Department, and Organization Department.

Comrade Tran Cong Duong and the delegation inspected the implementation at the Tan Son Commune Party Committee. Here, immediately after the 2014 thematic study on "upholding a sense of responsibility, combating individualism, and ensuring words match actions," the Party Committee directed departments and Party branches to guide cadres, Party members, Youth Union members, and association members in registering to follow the example of President Ho Chi Minh with specific and practical actions. With 195 out of 273 Party members registering to follow, many associations posted the registration forms on bulletin boards for monitoring and supervision. Cadres, Party members, and civil servants registered many contents and seriously implemented Directive 17 of the Provincial Party Committee. Many comrades have saved on personal expenses to donate to families receiving preferential treatment, and to give gifts to poor but academically excellent students... However, there are still some Party members and civil servants who violate professional ethics, whose words do not match their actions, and many Party members register but lack concrete work, remaining merely 형식적인 (formalistic).

At the Do Luong Tax Sub-department, the working group also reviewed the registration dossiers of cadres, Party members, and employees and found that most of the registrations creatively applied the learning and implementation content closely related to their assigned responsibilities and duties with many good, diverse, and practical methods such as: improving the sense of responsibility, improving working methods, being close to the grassroots, and overcoming bureaucratization. Also in the past year, the sub-department built a "Skilled Public Relations" model at the inter-commune/town tax team and the sub-department's propaganda team. To date, 100 businesses have declared taxes online and over 50% of businesses have paid taxes electronically. As of November 31st, the revenue reached 99,883 million VND, equivalent to 135.7% of the statutory budget.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Tran Cong Duong commended the innovative efforts in implementing the Ho Chi Minh moral example at the Tax Department and the Tan Son Commune Party Committee. He also noted that the implementation of Directive 03 is no longer just a campaign but has become a regular political activity. To ensure the effectiveness of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example, the Party Committee of the Do Luong Tax Department and the Tan Son Commune Party Committee need to integrate the study into their assigned political tasks through concrete actions. Registration for study must be specific and linked to the assigned work of each Party member and official. The implementation must be in-depth and have a widespread impact, bringing practical significance.
