Seriously implement the Secretariat's Directive on building labor relations in the new situation

The purpose of the plan is to organize leadership and direction for Party committees at all levels to thoroughly grasp, deploy and seriously and effectively implement Directive No. 37-CT/TW in conjunction with implementing policies, programs and projects related to labor and labor relations.

Create a strong change in awareness and raise the consciousness and responsibility of Party committees at all levels, authorities, sectors, cadres, civil servants and the entire political system, labor representative organizations and employer representative organizations in building labor relations.

Synchronously and promptly implement tasks and solutions in implementing policies related to labor and labor relations to maintain political and social stability, promote production and business development, and ensure harmony of rights and interests of parties in labor relations.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee requests Party committees at all levels, authorities, and sectors to promptly and seriously implement the contents of Directive No. 37-CT/TW with practical, effective and far-reaching solutions and forms. Link the implementation of Directive No. 37-CT/TW of the Secretariat with the implementation of the Labor Code, Decree No. 149/2018/ND-CP on implementing the regulations on grassroots democracy at the workplace and Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW, dated June 3, 2013 of the Party Central Committee (11th tenure) on "Innovation and strengthening of the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work in the new situation", programs, projects, and policies of the People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee on labor and harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.

The implementation plan must be specific, practical, and suitable to the reality in the province; it must be seriously implemented, combined with regular monitoring, inspection, and supervision of the plan's implementation to promptly detect and resolve newly arising issues.

Tasks and solutions:

- Strengthen the leadership of Party committees at all levels, government management and the whole society in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the new situation.

- Improve the performance of trade unions and employers' representative organizations.

- Improve the efficiency of state labor management agencies.

- Coordinate timely resolution of labor disputes and strikes.
