Hired people to make dozens of fake land use certificates for profit
Seeing that the land around the house was not being used or cultivated by anyone, although she was not the owner and did not know who the landowner was, Yen contacted some people to find a way to legalize it and was instructed by these people to make a land use right certificate in the name of Yen and her daughter for the above land.
On November 5, the Investigation Police Agency of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province issued a decision to prosecute and temporarily detain Ta Thi Yen (66 years old, residing in Dan Phuong District, Hanoi) to continue investigating the act of forging seals and documents of agencies and organizations; using fake seals or documents of agencies and organizations.
According to initial investigation results, since 2019, Yen came to Ba Ria-Vung Tau province to buy land to build a house in Dong Nhan residential area, Kim Dinh ward, Ba Ria city.
Seeing that the land around the house was not being used or cultivated by anyone, although she was not the owner and did not know who the landowner was, Yen contacted some people to find a way to legalize it and was instructed by these people to make a land use right certificate in the name of Yen and her daughter for the above land.

Although she knew clearly that the land was not hers and believed the promise of being able to make the papers, since the end of 2021, Yen signed many agreements to receive land papers and gave the subjects a total of more than 6 billion VND to make about 26-28 land use right certificates for about 4.5 hectares.

After having the above land use right certificates made, Yen gave 11 to her daughter to keep, and gave 1 to a friend as collateral to borrow 1.1 billion VND. Yen brought 7 land use right certificates to contact the local authorities to request land leveling...
The case is currently being investigated by the Investigation Police Agency of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province according to regulations.
