After a period of establishing Project 516D, at 11:45 a.m. on May 4, 2016, Que Phong District Police broke up Project 516D and arrested Lo Van Dai (born in 1979), residing in Don Phat village, Cam Muon commune, Que Phong district, for illegal drug trafficking.
