Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuu was hospitalized with second-degree burns, about 5% of his left forearm and both legs. After examination, the patient's condition is currently stable.
Earlier, at around 5 p.m. the same day, house number 47/58/2 Lac Long Quan, Ward 1, District 11 suddenly caught fire with many loud explosions.
