At the main hall, the Standing Secretariat and the working delegation directly watched and gave comments on a number of rehearsed contents including the flag-raising ceremony, the program of organizing and taking photos of delegates, and the presentation of music programs and documentaries to serve delegates during the time before and during the break of the Congress.
Immediately after the inspection, the Standing Secretariat and the working delegation met with representatives of the Sub-committees in the Congress Organizing Committee.
Reporting to the Standing Secretariat and the working delegation, representatives of the Sub-committees said that, up to now, preparations have been basically completed from security, logistics, reception...
A representative of the National Convention Center said the main hall where the Congress will be held has 1,601 seats, ensuring enough space for official delegates and guests.
Technical equipment, sound, light... have been fully equipped, ensuring security and safety.
Behind the Great Hall is a small hall, equipped with a screen projecting images from the Great Hall, to ensure social distancing for those with unstable health.
The electrical system of the entire Conference Center is equipped with 3 levels, fire prevention and fighting equipment, lifting and hanging equipment have been inspected many times for safety and security.

According to Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Minh Vu, to date, 68/98 international agencies in Vietnam have registered to attend the 13th National Party Congress, including 36 ambassadors, 17 chargé d'affaires, 7 deputy ambassadors, 3 diplomatic officers, and 6 representatives of international agencies.
Concluding the meeting, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong highly appreciated the Congress preparation work of the units; requested the units to continue to uphold their sense of responsibility and successfully complete their assigned tasks.
Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong emphasized that the Congress will take place in a short time, units need to pay close attention to effectively implementing work to achieve the best results, avoiding mistakes.
The Standing Secretariat requested a close inspection of the reasonable traffic diversion plan to both meet people's travel needs during the Lunar New Year and ensure punctuality for delegates attending the Congress.
The Standing Secretariat also requested the Organizing Committee to create more break space for delegates; the logistics and reception sub-committees and Hanoi, the place honored to host the Congress, should focus on decorating the streets to serve the Congress.
"I request that units promote the achievements gained in the past time, not to make mistakes that affect the success of the Congress. This is the effort of the entire Party and people to ensure the success of the 13th National Party Congress," the Standing member of the Secretariat emphasized./.
