Comrades under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee retired before the age of retirement, including: Doan Hong Vu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Pham Thi Hong Toan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee; Phan Thi Hoan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party agencies; Nguyen Manh Cuong - Director of the Department of Tourism; Phan Xuan Sy - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Cadre Health Care and Protection Board.
On behalf of the retired comrades, former Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Manh Khoi expressed his joy and gratitude when the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee organized the meeting in a solemn, friendly and warm atmosphere.

Comrade Le Quoc Khanh - former Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee hopes that the provincial leaders will continue to pay attention to the cadres, civil servants and public employees currently working and affirms that he will be a good party member and exemplary citizen in the residential area.

The Provincial Party Secretary also congratulated the comrades who retired under the regime or retired before the age of retirement for having excellently completed their tasks in each working position, making extremely important contributions to each stage of the province's development and having been recognized by the Party and State with many noble awards.
