In the third quarter of 2021, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province and provincial-level socio-political organizations effectively and flexibly deployed activities in accordance with the functions and tasks of the organization and the political tasks of the locality, in accordance with the Covid-19 epidemic situation.

In particular, the organizations have focused on propaganda work and implementing patriotic emulation campaigns and movements; caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and the people.

In particular, the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic has been actively carried out through propaganda and mobilizing union members, association members and people to strictly comply with regulations of the Central, provincial and local levels; mobilizing human resources to ensure logistics work in quarantine areas; mobilizing donations, supporting funding, facilities, equipment, necessities; promptly visiting and giving gifts to quarantine areas, frontline forces against the epidemic... achieving many positive results.

Many creative and effective models and methods from the provincial to grassroots levels demonstrate the thinking and efforts to innovate and improve the operational capacity of the Front system and member organizations to meet the requirements of the new period, such as: The Provincial Fatherland Front launched the Week "For the city named after Uncle Ho"; "Library of online learning support equipment for students in difficult circumstances"...; The Provincial Youth Union has the model "Zero-dong bus", "Green shirt shipper", "Green shirt frontline"; The Provincial Labor Federation coordinated to organize "Love bus trip";...

At the meeting, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, Party committees and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and provincial-level socio-political organizations exchanged and discussed a number of contents related to upcoming activities, as well as coordination of activities between organizations such as: Supporting the stabilization of life, solving employment for people returning from the southern provinces, building economic models; proposing solutions to arrange work for redundant Youth Union officials due to commune mergers and over-age compared to regulations in the context of organizing the Youth Union Congresses at all levels in the province in 2022; preparing to organize the new term Congress of the Provincial Women's Union, the Provincial Veterans Association; advising on the establishment of the Vietnam - US Friendship Association of Nghe An province; advocacy and propaganda work at the Eternal Ecological Park Project in Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district;...

STRENGTHENING PROPAGANDA AND MOBILIZATION WORK

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee reviewed a number of outstanding results in the socio-economic, defense and security situation of the province in the third quarter. Accordingly, despite the difficulties caused by the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, the socio-economy still developed on a sustainable basis, ensuring social stability; key political tasks, ensuring national defense and security, and building the political system were still carried out effectively.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: The above results reflect the great efforts of the entire provincial political system, contributing to strengthening the people's trust. In that achievement, there is a great role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province. In particular, the organizations have effectively participated in the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic. The Party Committee and leaders of the province thank the contributions and effective participation of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

Besides, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have organized regular activities very flexibly, ensuring the implementation of tasks according to plan.

Regarding the key tasks in the coming time, Standing Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong noted that the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations need to continue to mobilize members, members and people to support the province's policies and solutions to ensure key tasks in the fields of national defense and security, ensuring stability at the grassroots level, especially in the context of both preventing and fighting the Covid-19 pandemic and developing the economy and performing other tasks.

In particular, units in the bloc need to coordinate effectively with Party committees, especially with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department and the political system of Hung Nguyen district to mobilize high consensus and unity among local people to implement the Eternal Ecological Cemetery Project in Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district.

Along with that, the Fatherland Front and its member organizations need to continue to actively participate in implementing the province's policies and plans on socio-economic development tasks, foreign cooperation work... in a comprehensive manner, especially in the current period, which is the first year of specifically implementing the goals and tasks of the 19th Provincial Party Congress and Party congresses at all levels.

Continue to grasp information, public opinion and aspirations of the people, especially regarding the settlement of labor and employment in the coming time for workers returning to their localities from the Southern and Northern provinces due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic. In the immediate future, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that, through their activities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations will promote their role and credibility to accompany the province in accompanying returning workers, helping them stabilize their psychology and ideology while waiting to find jobs.

Strengthening propaganda and mobilization work for the people; implementing and supervising local authorities in applying measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic for people returning from epidemic areas; especially through members and members, contributing to ensuring good management of epidemiological factors with a non-discriminatory viewpoint, but also not being subjective and not loosening supervision; thereby, helping specialized agencies better implement epidemic prevention and control work in the province.

The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations also need to review their work plans to find solutions to effectively carry out their organizations' regular tasks, as well as unexpected tasks and tasks assigned by superiors in the fourth quarter of 2021, in which, it is necessary to pay attention to preparing well for the new term congresses of a number of organizations.

The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, together with sectors and levels, mobilize people to effectively implement solutions and measures to prevent and combat floods, storms, natural disasters, and landslides in mountainous areas, as well as rescue work in the area during this year's rainy and stormy season.
