Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee: Do not let the idea of ​​Tet and Spring travel affect work efficiency

The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has just issued a Notice "on the situation of the Lunar New Year 2020 and some key tasks in the coming time". In this notice, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee requested that Party committees, authorities, agencies and units focus on directing the implementation of tasks right from the beginning of the year, not letting the idea of ​​​​having fun during Tet and going out to Spring affect work efficiency; strictly implement discipline and administrative discipline (setting an example from top to bottom).

Focus on the following areas:

- Well organize activities to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam in conjunction with organizing emulation movements to successfully carry out political tasks.

- Thoroughly grasp the directives of the Secretariat, the Prime Minister, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and urgently direct the drastic and synchronous implementation of measures to prevent and control the acute respiratory disease caused by the new strain of Corona virus; strictly manage entry and exit. Temporarily suspend and limit the organization of delegations going abroad to ensure epidemic prevention and control work and focus on implementing political tasks in 2020, preparing and organizing Party congresses at all levels.

The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee requested Party committees, authorities, agencies and units to focus on directing and implementing tasks right from the beginning of the year.

- Focus on directing production; regularly monitor the development of livestock and poultry diseases to have timely and effective treatment measures. Continue to prepare carefully to organize the Conference to meet investors at the appropriate time.

- Strengthen the management and organization of festivals at the beginning of the year. Consider and temporarily suspend cultural, sports and festival activities that attract large crowds to prevent and control the acute respiratory disease caused by the new strain of Corona virus.

- Continue to step up the fight against all types of crimes; strengthen the work of grasping the security situation, especially in mountainous border areas, coastal areas, and special areas. Proactively and promptly handle incidents, do not let people be agitated or enticed to complicate the situation.

- Carry out the military assignment in 2020 well, ensuring the required quantity and quality. Deploy training as planned. Strictly carry out combat readiness, not to be passive or surprised in any situation.

- Strengthen information and propaganda work. Review and supplement the 2020 propaganda plan, especially propaganda about Party congresses at all levels, propaganda about major events of the country and localities.

- Direct the merger of blocks, hamlets and communes according to the plan. Focus on directing the congresses of Party cells and model congresses at the grassroots level. Direct the drafting of documents for Party congresses at all levels and at the provincial level to ensure progress and quality. Carry out well the collection of comments on draft documents for Party congresses at all levels and draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress.
