(Baonghean.vn) - Due to the prolonged hot weather, all small and medium hydropower plants in the Northwest of Nghe An, concentrated in Que Phong and Quy Chau districts, have dried up and are below the dead water level. Power generation output has only reached 30-50%. Quy Chau - Que Phong Power Company had to cut off power to ensure safety.
