Hundreds of students "cross the river to get to class", Luong Minh commune finds ways to ensure safety

At the start of the new school year, more than 160 primary school students in Luong Minh commune have to cross the river by boat or raft to get to school. Currently, the authorities are helping to get the children across the river, but in the long term, a more effective and safer solution is needed so that students and parents can conveniently pick up and drop off their children to school.
Nghe An bans the sea from 3pm on August 30

Nghe An prohibits all ships, boats and means of transport from going to sea from 10am on August 30. Ships and boats operating at sea must return to shore and anchor to ensure safety before 3pm on August 30.
