Conducting civil enforcement against fishing households in Quynh Luu
(Baonghean.vn) - On April 7, the Quynh Luu Civil Judgment Enforcement Council conducted enforcement proceedings against Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa, residing in Son Hai commune, whose seized assets are fishing boats anchored at Lach Quen port.
According to the judgment No. 21/2020/DSST dated September 29, 2020 of the People's Court of Quynh Luu district, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa (born in 1965) and Ms. Thai Thi Tu (born in 1964), residing in Hamlet 8, Son Hai commune, must pay a civil court fee of more than 114 million VND and fulfill the obligation to repay the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade the loan amount of principal and interest of more than 6.1 billion VND.

Since the judgment came into effect, the Quynh Luu Civil Judgment Enforcement Office has repeatedly tried to persuade Mr. Hoa and Ms. Tu to voluntarily execute the judgment, but Mr. Hoa and Ms. Tu do not have the money to pay.
Considering the conditions prescribed by law, the Quynh Luu Civil Judgment Enforcement Council has carried out the procedures.enforcement of judgmentfor Mr. Hoa and Mrs. Tu. At the same time, the property of the fishing boat with registration number NA-91122-TS, which is anchored at Lach Quen port, Quynh Thuan commune, is being seized and processed. This is the mortgaged property to ensure debt payment to the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade.
During the enforcement process, the Quynh Luu District Enforcement Council implemented an enforcement plan to ensure safety and compliance with legal regulations./.
