Midfielder Doan Ngoc Tan: 'The Vietnamese team is ready for the next 2 matches'

Midfielder Doan Ngoc Tan affirmed that the spirit of the Vietnamese team is very good and the whole team is ready to conquer the challenges ahead.

In recent days,Vietnam teamhas been actively preparing for the two upcoming important matches. Sharing with the media before the training session on the afternoon of March 16, Doan Ngoc Tan emphasized that the whole team is in high spirits and determined to achieve positive results.

"In the past few days, the whole team has been practicing hard and maintaining good spirits to prepare for the two upcoming matches. We have actively reviewed and analyzed our opponents and have made thorough preparations to overcome the team's shortcomings," said Doan Ngoc Tan.

In addition to professional preparation, the midfielder also updated the team's injury situation. According to him, although some players are injured, this does not greatly affect the training and preparation process of the whole team.

"Currently, only central defender Bui Hoang Viet Anh has to return to the club. Meanwhile, Hai Long and Dinh Trieu are still staying to receive treatment with the doctor. It is expected that in the next few days, both of them can return to normal training," Doan Ngoc Tan shared.

Referring to the competition in the squad, the midfielder believes that it helps the Vietnamese team become more and more perfect. "There is always competition in every position, and that is a positive sign for the team. I myself will also try my best to have the opportunity to play," he affirmed.

In addition, Doan Ngoc Tan also praised two young players Thai Son and Minh Khoa, highly appreciating their potential.

"Thai Son and Minh Khoa are two very potential young players. In recent training sessions, they have performed very well. I believe that in the upcoming matches, both of them will be given the opportunity to play," he confided.

Before this afternoon's training session, the team analyzed the video of the Cambodian and Lao teams to have the best preparation.

"Personally, I think that whether it is a friendly match or a qualifying round, it is important. Both upcoming matches will be important stepping stones to help the Vietnamese team achieve the best result in the match against the Lao team," midfielder Doan Ngoc Tan concluded.
