Alarm bells from the 1347th Covid-19 infection case

Every day, nearly half a million people are newly infected in the world, the total number of infected people is equal to the population of a country in the densely populated group. But in reality, in Vietnam, we no longer actively wear masks, nor do many people actively wash their hands. In particular, keeping a distance in communication is almost no longer in many public places.

In that context, someone needs to sound the alarm bell so that the epidemic prevention process that has helped us stay safe in the past time can be restarted.

Infection in quarantine or community infection?

According to the story, case 1342 is being quarantined at home, and case 1347 is staying at the same quarantine location, so it cannot be called a community infection, but rather a quarantine infection.

Actually, if two members are quarantined and cross-infected each other, the problem would be different. Here, one person is in quarantine, and the other person is completely uninfected.isolation, infect each other. If we say it is contagious in the community, it is semantically incorrect. But in a quarantined place without quarantine, that place is really no longer a quarantined place.

Here is the laxity in the quarantine work. If Vietnam has chosen the quarantine method, then the quarantine must be taken seriously. In countries that do not choose the quarantine method, many people have immunity to the virus.Coronavirus, it will be more difficult to spread from one individual.

In my opinion, now is not the time to argue, case 1347infectionin quarantine or in the community, but with enough warning, for people to wear masks, wash their hands and keep their distance. Vietnam has been an oasis in the desert for the past 89 days. If we want to keep our “nets” “clean”, prevention is extremely important.
