(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 24th, in Dien Phu commune, Dien Chau district, the Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to receive social welfare projects sponsored by Vietcombank and inaugurate the Dien Phu Commune Health Station.
Attending the event were: Mr. Dao Minh Tu – Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Foreign Trade Commercial Bank (Vietcombank), Mr. Le Xuan Dai – Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and leaders of central and provincial departments and agencies of Nghe An province. |

As the main branch of the Vietcombank system in Nghe An province, from 2009 to the present, Vietcombank Vinh has sponsored communes in Tuong Duong and Dien Chau districts with a total amount of nearly 50 billion VND. Thanks to this, 12 construction projects have been completed in Tuong Duong district, in addition to building 57 houses for needy families and providing gifts to policy beneficiary families… In Dien Chau district, Vietcombank has invested nearly 7 billion VND to build schools and health stations in Dien Loc and Dien Phu communes. Notably, on the occasion of its 25th anniversary, Vietcombank Vinh inaugurated the Dien Phu commune health station with a total value of nearly 2.3 billion VND. The two-story building includes 9 functional rooms and has a construction area of 350.6 m².2Also at the ceremony, Vietcombank Vinh donated medical equipment to the Dien Phu Commune Health Station to support the examination and treatment of local people.
