The conference unanimously approved the report on the leadership and guidance results of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee during the first half of the term, basically fulfilling the targets set forth in the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Bloc. The discussions focused on measures and solutions to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations, especially improving the quality of party committee and branch meetings, in order to enhance the role of party organizations in agencies and units.
Concluding the conference, the Party Committee Secretary assessed the outstanding results achieved: Leading the successful implementation of political tasks by agencies and units within the Bloc, contributing to the fulfillment of key targets set forth in the Provincial Party Congress Resolution. Identifying key tasks in leading administrative reform, improving working methods and procedures, and establishing ethical standards for public service to rectify and create positive changes in the moral character, lifestyle, skills, and working methods of the staff and civil servants.
The Party Committee led the implementation of Directive 03-CT/TU of the Politburo on "Continuing to promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's moral example," directing agencies and units within the Bloc to provide assistance to disadvantaged mountainous communes. 47 agencies and units provided assistance to 35 poor communes with many effective methods, donating gifts to disadvantaged mountainous communes worth over 2 billion VND,...
Regarding the tasks for the last six months of the year, Comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Secretary of the Party Committee - emphasized several key tasks: Party committees at all levels should evaluate the results of leadership and guidance during the first half of the Congress term, and propose solutions to effectively implement the Congress resolution; lead the implementation of administrative reform in agencies and units; pay attention to political and ideological education, especially the organization and dissemination of the Resolution, and the development and implementation of action programs tailored to the situation of each unit. Continue implementing Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (11th Congress) "Some urgent issues concerning Party building today" in conjunction with the implementation of Directive 03-CT/TW, Resolution 09-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee, and Resolution 01-NQ/DU of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc on "Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and the quality of cadres and Party members".
