(Baonghean.vn)- On the morning of July 10, under the chairmanship of comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc held a conference to review the mid-term Party building work of 2010 - 2015, review the work of the first 6 months of the year, and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2013. Comrades in the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc, Secretaries of the grassroots Party Committees of 59 grassroots Party organizations attended the conference.
The conference unanimously reported on the leadership and direction of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee in the past half term, basically completing the targets set by the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Bloc. Opinions focused on discussing measures and solutions to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations, especially improving the quality of party committee, branch and branch activities to enhance the role of party organizations in agencies and units.
Concluding the conference, the Party Secretary assessed the outstanding results achieved: Leading the implementation of political tasks of agencies and units in the Bloc well, contributing to the implementation of the main targets set out in the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress. Identifying key tasks in leading administrative reform, improving working methods and procedures, building standards of public service ethics to rectify and create positive changes in the moral qualities, lifestyle, skills, and working methods of the staff and civil servants.
The Party Committee led the implementation of Directive 03-CT/TU of the Politburo on "Continuing to promote studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh", directed agencies and units in the Bloc to receive help for disadvantaged mountainous communes, 47 agencies and units received help for 35 poor communes with many effective methods, gave gifts to disadvantaged mountainous communes, worth more than 2 billion VND,...
Regarding the tasks for the last 6 months of the year, comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Party Committee Secretary emphasized a number of key tasks: Grassroots Party Committees organize to evaluate the results of leadership and direction during the first half of the Congress term, propose solutions to effectively implement the Congress resolution; lead the implementation of administrative reforms in agencies and units; pay attention to political and ideological education, especially the organization and dissemination of the Resolution, building and implementing action programs close to the situation of each unit. Continue to implement Resolution of the Central Committee 4 (Session XI) "Some urgent issues on Party building at present" in conjunction with implementing Directive 03-CT/TW, implementing Resolution 09-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee, Resolution 01-NQ/DU of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies on "Improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and the quality of cadres and Party members"./.
