On the afternoon of October 11, in Vinh City, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee worked with leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Office to hear the results of the implementation of tasks in the third quarter and orient key tasks in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the meeting. Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee: Le Duc Cuong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Bui Thanh An - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Ho Le Ngoc - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department; Ngoc Kim Nam - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, along with leaders of departments and the Provincial Party Committee Office.

In the third quarter, the Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Office actively implemented work plans, promptly responding to the leadership and direction requirements of the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee in the areas of propaganda, organization, inspection, mass mobilization, and internal affairs.

At the meeting, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Office discussed a number of key tasks that need to be carried out in the fourth quarter, especially the coordination between units to carry out tasks more smoothly and effectively, while also performing well the advisory work for the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee assessed that despite being affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, the Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Office have adapted quite quickly to the context to both fight the epidemic and perform regular professional tasks, especially always closely following the programs and plans of each month and year to advise the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee promptly and accurately.

Currently, the implementation of the contents of the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels is progressing quite well, especially the units have focused on consulting to complete and implement the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, as well as supplementing the contents from the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress right from the first months and first year of the term.

The Provincial Party Committees and Offices have also left their mark in participating in the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic through timely advice to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to grasp the epidemic situation, thereby contributing to the promulgation of appropriate and effective strategies, ensuring the best results in the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic in the province; at the same time, leaders of the units have also returned to the grassroots to grasp the situation to work with all levels and sectors to implement epidemic prevention and control solutions. The Provincial Party Building Committees have also participated systematically in the implementation of the Eternal Ecological Park Project in Hung Tay Commune, Hung Nguyen District, an urgent project at present.

The units have also implemented the plan and time correctly, ensuring the quality of regular tasks, effectively serving the operations of each Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Office, as well as advising the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

The Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Offices have coordinated smoothly with departments, branches, localities, and affiliated Party Committees, ensuring timely and effective leadership and direction, closely following the practical situation at the grassroots level and specific situations.

Agreeing with the key tasks in the coming time based on the plan and work program of each Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee emphasized a number of key tasks, including the need to pay attention to information security, the activities of the Committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office according to regulations; further improving the quality of advice, especially in the format of documents, it is necessary to ensure consistency in form.

Units also need to continue reviewing work plans to speed up the implementation of important tasks in the fourth quarter of 2021, ensuring that the quarterly tasks of each unit are completed while ensuring timely and effective advisory work for the leadership of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

After mentioning the general tasks for the Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Office, comrade Nguyen Van Thong also noted a number of specific key tasks for each unit, in which the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department needs to continue to pay attention to effectively implementing propaganda and mobilization work for the political system and the People, especially for the Eternal Ecological Park Project; step up propaganda to implement regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control in the new state and new anti-epidemic strategy.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and at the same time direct units to prepare well for the new term congresses of a number of socio-political organizations such as the Provincial Women's Union, the Provincial Veterans Association, and the Youth Union at the end of this year and in 2022. The Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Office also need to urge reports on the activities of the Provincial Party Committee's steering committees to the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee.
