Train conductor Dang Ngoc Quat (Southern Railway Attendant Team) of train SE7 said that his train crew found many valuable items left behind by foreign passengers on the train today (January 10) and will return them to the passengers tomorrow.

Train conductor Quát recounted that this morning, January 10th, train SE7 departed from Nha Trang station at 8:35 AM, continuing its journey to Saigon station. While tidying up bedding in carriage number 2, attendant Trương Đại Ngọc, in charge of carriage 12, discovered a pink suitcase left behind by a passenger who had disembarked at Nha Trang station. Immediately, attendant Ngọc reported the find to the train conductor and security personnel on board to conduct an inspection and prepare a report.

In the presence of passengers on board, the train crew opened the suitcase and drew up a report. Inside the suitcase were a large amount of the passenger's belongings, including: a Samsung mobile phone, a Nokia mobile phone, an iPhone 4, an iPhone 7, an iPad, a tablet, a Cazabela metal wristwatch, a metal bracelet, two unopened envelopes, a Harrods handbag, 170 USD, 2,000 Thai baht, over 1,800 British pounds, and two ATM cards.

Today, the train crew contacted the passenger and learned that he is Gillion Lesky Dicorato, with berth number 5, traveling with 3 relatives in compartment 2, carriage 12, train SE7, boarding in Da Nang and disembarking in Nha Trang.

Train conductor Dang Ngoc Quat said that because the train was continuing on to Saigon, they couldn't return the passenger Dicorato immediately and promised to return her tomorrow morning (January 11). "The passenger was deeply moved by the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the railway staff," conductor Quat recounted.
