The Chief of Police of Phuc Son Commune (Anh Son District) has just signed a decision to administratively sanction Ms. Luu Thi Hanh (born in 1979, residing in Village 15, Phuc Son Commune, Anh Son District) for the act of "Reporting false information to competent state agencies".

Previously, on June 20, 2019, Phuc Son Commune Police received a report from Ms. Hanh about: "On the morning of June 20, 2019, on the way from Anh Son District Medical Center to her home in village 15, Phuc Son Commune, a strange woman used anesthetic to make Ms. Hanh unconscious and took away 15 million VND".
After receiving the above information, Phuc Son Commune Police organized forces to investigate and verify the content. The verification process clarified that during the time Ms. Hanh's husband was working for hire, he sent money home for family expenses.
However, Mrs. Hanh did not spend money for the right purpose, so when her husband asked, she could not answer. Therefore, Mrs. Hanh made up the above story to avoid being questioned by her husband.
After Ms. Hanh reported to the police, her nephew posted the above content on his personal Facebook and Facebook groups with a large number of followers, causing confusion among the people.
Based on the verification results, the Phuc Son Commune Police Department has decided to administratively fine Ms. Hanh for the act of "Reporting false information to competent state agencies", the amount of 750 thousand VND.
