Nearly 314 kg of fake MSG destroyed

On the morning of May 11, Market Management Team No. 9 (Nghe An Market Management Department) destroyed 897 packages of MSG with counterfeit labels of Miwon Vietnam Company Limited.

Previously, on May 4, the Market Management Team discovered and temporarily seized 160 packages of MSG with counterfeit product labels at the business establishment of Ms. Phan Thi Lan in Tan My hamlet, Tam Hop commune, Quy Hop district.
On May 5, 2016, the authorities continued to detain 737 packages at the business establishment of Ms. Hoang Thi Yen in Block 4, Kim Son town, Que Phong district.
The above mentioned quantity of goods has no accompanying invoices or documents. The total weight is nearly 314 kg with the value of the 2 shipments being over 14.3 million VND.
Market management team No. 9 also administratively fined the two above mentioned businesses 17.5 million VND.
