The People's Committee of Hung Phuc Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province is looking for the parents of two abandoned children in the area.
The first child is male, discovered by locals at 10:05 p.m. on November 19, 2018 in front of house number 8, lane 3, Herman street, Yen Binh block, Hung Phuc ward, Vinh city.
At that time, the baby weighing 2.3 kg was found in a cardboard box, covered with an umbrella. Next to it was the message "The baby was born on November 17, 2018, I am unable to raise him, please help me raise him". The baby's health condition is normal.

The second baby, a girl, was discovered at 7:45 p.m. on December 12 at the gate of SOS Children's Village Vinh. The baby weighed 3.5 kg, was wrapped in a diaper, next to a milk bottle and one million VND in cash. After being discovered, the baby was taken to Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital for health monitoring.
Currently, the baby is being cared for at SOS Children's Village Vinh and is in normal health.
