Up to now, the above vehicles have exceeded the detention period but the violators, vehicle owners, and legal representatives have not come to handle and resolve the matter.

Pursuant to Article 126 of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations 2012 (amended and supplemented in 2020) on handling of seized and confiscated exhibits and means of administrative violations, the Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police respectfully requests C01, C02, C08 - Ministry of Public Security; PC08 of the Public Security of provinces and centrally-run cities; PC01, PC02 Departments of the Provincial Police to check whether the above vehicles are included in the list of evidence of any case (if so, please send a document to Road Traffic Police Team No. 3, Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police for settlement).

Within 30 days from the date of notice, if the vehicle owner, violator, or legal representative does not come to resolve the matter, and does not receive a response from the police of the units or localities, the Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police will carry out the procedures for confiscation, attachment, and auction to the state budget according to regulations.
