Ask:What are the regulations regarding support for training, career chuyển đổi, and job search for households and individuals whose land used for residential and business/service purposes is reclaimed by the State and who are forced to relocate?

Reply:According to Article 21 of Decree No. 47/2014/ND-CP, it is stipulated that:

1. Households and individuals whose residential land combined with business and service activities is reclaimed by the State and who have to relocate are entitled to support for training, career chuyển đổi, and job search as stipulated in Point b, Clause 2, Article 83 of the Land Law.

2. The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs shall preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to submit to the Prime Minister for decision the mechanisms and policies for job creation and vocational training for the current working-age population of households and individuals whose land has been expropriated.

3. Provincial People's Committees, based on the employment and vocational training policies decided by the Prime Minister and the actual conditions in the locality, shall prescribe specific support levels appropriate for each type of household and individual whose land is being reclaimed.
