Mr. Dau Van Ngoan, Phuong's uncle, said that Phuong and Binh are cousins. They both asked their parents to go out for Tet since the 2nd day and have not returned home yet.
The family called but could not contact them, so they organized a search and reported to the Hoang Mai City Police. Phuong had finished school, and Binh was a student at Quynh Loc Secondary School.
On the afternoon of February 19, a representative of the Hoang Mai City Police Department said that on the afternoon of February 18, the unit received a report from the family that Phuong and Binh had left home and had not returned. After receiving the information, the unit is coordinating with the family to organize a search.
If anyone has information about the two children, please notify Hoang Mai City Police at 0987.987.356 (Mr. Khoa, Criminal Police Department) or 01684.563.709 (Mr. Ngoan).
