(Baonghean.vn) - According to the plan, Nghe An's goal by 2030 is that over 90% of communes will meet NTM standards, of which 50% will meet advanced NTM standards, and 15% will meet model new rural standards. The number of district-level units meeting NTM standards will be over 70%, of which 35% of districts will meet advanced NTM standards.
