Finding relatives for a man lost in a mountainous commune in Nghe An

The man said his name was Ha Xuan Truong. On the morning of October 10, people in Pa Ha discovered Mr. Truong walking alone and wandering in the resettlement area of ​​Pa Ha village. People informed the commune People's Committee, the commune sent people to take Mr. Truong to the center. However, due to the continuous rain and floods for two consecutive days, the stream water rose, the village was isolated, so Mr. Truong had to stay in the village and was taken care of by the people.

On October 12, Mr. Truong suffered from low blood pressure, fell into a deep coma and was taken to the Southwestern Nghe An Regional General Hospital for emergency treatment.

On the same day, the People's Committee of Thach Ngan commune announced to find Mr. Truong's family, but so far no one has come to claim him. Some people said that Mr. Ha Xuan Truong used to live and do business in Minh Hop commune, Quy Hop district, got married and had a daughter, but due to conflicts between the couple, he left to herd cows for hire to make a living.

Mr. Ngan Xuan Nhung - Chairman of the People's Committee of Thach Ngan commune contacted the People's Committee of Minh Hop commune, Quy Hop district to confirm Mr. Truong's identity and received information that Mr. Truong did not have a household registration in the commune but was just a local person working here.

Currently, Mr. Truong is being treated at the Southwest Nghe An Regional General Hospital. His health has gradually stabilized, but his memory has not yet recovered. The hospital and the Commune People's Committee have also reported to the police to find his family./.
