Body of Vietnamese girl found after 3 months missing

After nearly 3 months missing, the bodies of Vietnamese-American Rachel Nguyen, 20 years old, and her boyfriend Joseph Orbesco, 21 years old, were finally found in a remote area in Joshua Tree National Park in California, USA.

Two bodies were found embracing on the north side of the Maze Loop trail in the park after they went missing on July 27.

Joshua Tree Search and Rescue had previously climbed rocks and cliffs in the area to search for Joseph and Rachel. While in the area just 2 miles from Maze Loop, they found water bottles, clothing, and food wrap, which led to the bodies.

Joseph Orbeso's father, Gilbert, was also on the search party when the bodies were found.

In a statement, the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Office said investigators believe Joseph Orbeso shot and killed Rachel Nguyen before turning the gun on himself.

Police are continuing to investigate the cause of the incident./.
