On April 19, the authorities of Nghia Hanh commune (Tan Ky) said that an incident had just occurred in the area, killing a 12th grade male student.death
The victim was HSH (born 2005), residing in Tan Hoa hamlet, Nghia Hanh commune, Tan Ky district.

Initial information, at around 5am the same day, Mrs. Tr. (mother of child H.) woke up early and did not see child H. anywhere. Suspecting something was wrong, Mrs. Tr. called her relatives to look for her. When she arrived at the well area, Mrs. Tr. discovered her son's phone next to the well.
Suspecting that his child was in the well, Mr. SH (H.'s father) jumped into the well and brought H. up, but H. had died before.
Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the incident. H.'s family has arranged the funeral for her according to local customs.
