Initial information, the authorities determined that the body that drifted ashore could be Mr. Bui Sy Nhat (born in 1977, from Quynh Long commune, Quynh Luu district, Nghe An), a victim who went missing in a fishing boat sinking on the way to the creek 11 days ago.
Currently, the victim's family is going to Ha Tinh to coordinate with authorities to identify the victim.
