Body of missing man found at sea
(Baonghean.vn) - At 5:30 p.m. on July 20, the body of a man who went missing at sea, about 2 nautical miles from the mouth of Van creek at noon the same day, was found.
The victim was identified as Mr. PVT (born in 1972), residing in Dien Kim commune, Dien Chau district.
Previously, at 2:30 p.m. on July 20, the Nghe An Border Guard Command's Operations Duty received information from Dien Thanh Border Guard Station reporting that at about 12:20 p.m. on July 20, at coordinates 18059'02'' N - 105039'11'' E, about 2 nautical miles from Van creek mouth, a fishing boat was on its way to exploit seafood at Van creek mouth when it collided with a raft, there was 1 person on the raft, but later only the raft was seen, no person.

Nghe An Border Guard Command has directed Dien Thanh Border Guard Station to send 1 canoe and 5 officers and soldiers to join the search for the missing victim, and coordinate with local authorities and the family of the missing victim to call on fishing vessels in the surrounding area to participate in the search and rescue.
At 5:30 p.m. on July 20, the victim's body was found and has been handed over to the family for burial.
