Former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Former Head of the Economic Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; 55-year Party membership badge; First-class Resistance Medal and many other noble awards of the Party and State.
After a period of illness, despite the attentive care of doctors and family, due to old age and poor health, he passed away at 8:15 a.m. on January 12, 2019 (December 7, Mau Tuat year) at the age of 81.
The visitation will take place from 3:00 p.m. on January 12, 2019; the memorial service will take place at 8:00 a.m. on January 13, 2019 at the private residence at No. 8, Lane 1, Tran Thu Do Street, Truong Thi Ward, Vinh City. The procession will take place at 8:30 a.m. on January 13, 2019.
