Former official of the Central Party Organization Committee, expert of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Nghe An Industry Department; Deputy Director of the Party Committee of Vietnam - Poland Friendship Hospital; Director of Nghe An Pharmaceutical Enterprise...;

First Class Anti-French Resistance Medal, First Class Anti-French Victory Medal and many other noble Orders and Medals; 75-year Party membership badge; passed away at 11:50 a.m. on November 1, 2021 (September 27, Tan Suu year), at the age of 101.

Visitation from 7:30 p.m. on November 1, 2021 at No. 23, Tran Quang Khai Street, Block 16, Ha Huy Tap Ward, Vinh City.

Memorial service at 7:00 a.m. on November 2, 2021.

The funeral procession will take place at 7:25 a.m. followed by cremation at the Hoan Vu Crematorium in Ha Tinh province.

Burial at 1:00 p.m. on November 2, 2021 at Dong Nha Van Cemetery, Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City, Nghe An Province.
