Provincial Youth Union journey 'Returning to the source of gratitude'
(Baonghean.vn) - On July 26, the Provincial Youth Union organized a ceremony to offer incense and flowers to commemorate heroic martyrs and visit and give gifts to policy families in Hung Nguyen, Do Luong and Anh Son districts.

Towards the 70th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union organized a series of activities to pay tribute and offer incense at martyrs' cemeteries in Hung Nguyen, Do Luong and Anh Son districts.

After offering flowers and incense at the Soviet Nghe Tinh historical relic site in Hung Nguyen district, the delegation offered flowers and incense to the souls of martyrs who sacrificed their lives at the Truong Bon fire line, My Son commune (Do Luong) and the martyrs who are resting in peace.at 2 Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs' Cemeteries, Do Luong district, Anh Son district.

Next, in Do Luong district, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi An in Hamlet 3, Da Son commune. Mother An is 102 years old this year and has two sons who are martyrs. Representatives of the Central Youth Union also presented gifts to former Youth Volunteer Le Thi Thuong, residing in Dang Son commune.
In Anh Son district, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Bui Thi Tuoi, village 11, Linh Son commune; visited and presented gifts to the family of war invalids whose children work at the Provincial Youth Union office in Phuc Son commune.

This time, the Provincial Youth Union presented 10 gifts worth 1 million VND each to policy beneficiaries and families with revolutionary contributions in Anh Son and Do Luong districts, including: 5 gifts from the Central Youth Union presented to former Youth Volunteers worth 3 million VND each; the Department of Vocational Training of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs presented 5 gifts worth 1 million VND each to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, policy beneficiaries, war invalids, sick soldiers, and people with revolutionary contributions.

Tran Cong Thanh, hamlet 4, Da Son commune, Do Luong district, has a serious illness. 5. Tran Thi Mao, hamlet 11, Da Son commune, Do Luong district, has a serious illness. Relatives of martyrs: Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyen, Hamlet 2, Long Son Commune, Anh Son District, is the wife of a martyr and has a child with a terminal illness.
