The Provincial Youth Union is implementing the 2015 Military Training Semester program.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 2nd, the Provincial Youth Union, in coordination with the Department of Education and Training and the Military School of Military Region IV, launched the "Semester in the Army" program for 2015.

The "Semester in the Military" program, jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the General Political Department of the Vietnam Army, aims to educate young people about responsibility, cultivate ideals, and hone their skills in the military environment.
This is the sixth year that Nghe An province has implemented the "Semester in the Military" program for high school students aged 11 to 16. The program will last 10 days, tentatively from May 25th to June 3rd, 2015.

By participating in the "Semester in the Military" program, students will receive education in national defense knowledge and awareness of protecting sovereignty; they will also develop physical fitness, self-discipline, a sense of responsibility, and independence.
In addition, trainees also have access to essential information on preventing social evils, life skills education, and participate in activities such as journeys back to their roots and healthy, beneficial outdoor activities suitable for high school students.

At the meeting, the coordinating agencies and units agreed on the time and location for organizing activities at the Military School of Military Region IV; the conditions for facilities, equipment, vehicles, and living arrangements to ensure the best possible service for the students, ensuring safety, practicality, and enjoyment, creating a lasting impression.
Anticipating the largest number of participants ever in the "Military Semester" in 2015, the units discussed and assigned specific tasks to each unit at the meeting, organized the selection of coordinators, and provided training in necessary skills for this team.
