Regiment 764, under the Nghe An Provincial Military Command, is responsible for combat readiness training and undertaking many other special tasks. Over the past 5 years, the Regiment has always excellently completed all assigned tasks, deserving to be the Determined to Win Unit.

Regiment 764 under the Military Command of Nghe An province is located in Vinh city. The regiment is responsible for training, combat readiness, natural disaster prevention, search and rescue, forest fire response, training of subjects 3 and performing tasks assigned by superiors. Currently, Regiment 764 has 3 battalions, including: Battalion 1 and 2. The remaining battalions consist of reserve troops. Photo: CSCC

In particular, in 2024, Regiment 764 received 200 new soldiers for training. After more than 3 months, despite many difficulties, with the spirit of "Overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain, practicing enthusiastically", 100% of soldiers completed the military training programs and plans, political education, logistics, and techniques.
