According to the doctor, when he was brought to the medical room at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, the victim's mouth was full of blood, saliva and vomit. In addition, at that time, the 45-year-old victim's blood pressure was very low and the doctor could not find a pulse.

Dr Nik Mohd Adzrul Ariff Raja Azman said that at the medical room, the victim had a stroke and he had to give him atropine and adrenaline to increase his heart rate.

When non-invasive measures failed, the doctor attempted to insert a tracheal tube. Dr. Azman said that when he tried to insert the breathing tube into the trachea, a terrible smell came from the victim's mouth. The victim's mouth was full of saliva, blood and vomit, forcing him to suction it out before inserting the trachea.

The trial continues to attract attention from both local and international media, with representatives from more than 10 foreign news agencies from South Korea, North Korea, Indonesia and Japan registering to attend the trial, Malaysia’s The Star newspaper reported.

The two suspects accused of killing the North Korean citizen, Siti Aisyah, 25, and Doan Thi Huong, 29, appeared in court at 7:50 a.m. The two female suspects wore bulletproof vests and were escorted by armed police.
