This is a program organized by Vinh University in collaboration with businesses and philanthropists in Vinh City for candidates with difficult circumstances at Exam Cluster No. 35. Thereby, helping candidates feel secure in doing the test and achieving high results in the exam.

According to the plan, the rice distribution will be carried out every noon, from July 1 to July 4, 2015, starting at 10:00 a.m. at 4 locations: the main gate of Vinh University, the gate of Vinh University High School for the Gifted, No. 01 Bach Lieu; Huynh Thuc Khang High School, No. 62 Le Hong Phong and Ha Huy Tap High School, No. 08 Phan Boi Chau - Vinh City.

Candidates receive gifts from volunteer teams
