Organizing the Photo Contest 'Beauty of workers in labor and production'

Recently, the Provincial Federation of Labor issued Plan 26/KH-LĐLĐ dated April 5, 2022 to implement the photo contest "Beauty of workers in labor and production". Accordingly, the contestants are workers and laborers working directly at enterprises, non-public service units under the Labor Federation of districts, cities, towns, industry unions and Nghe An sugarcane union.

Contest entries are photos recording actual activities ofworkers, laborersCurrently working, laboring and producing at the workplace, taken from January 2021 to present, not yet submitted to other competitions.

Accordingly, the entries will be sent to the direct superior trade union at the grassroots level, the direct superior trade union at the grassroots level will be pre-selected, and sent to the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation. The entries must be aesthetically pleasing, have quality, clear definition, and content consistent with the theme of the contest and will be posted on the Nghe An Trade Union fanpage and the Nghe An Provincial Trade Union Electronic Information page. The Organizing Committee will receive entries from April 20 to April 26, 2022, via email address:[email protected]Accordingly, the contest includes 2 rounds:

- Round 1 (from May 2 - May 16):Beautiful photos every week (lasting for 2 weeks) on Nghe An Trade Union fanpage.

- Round 2 (from May 18 - May 26):Beautiful photos on Nghe An Trade Union Electronic Information page.

The contest will be divided into 2 rounds: The first round will be held on the Nghe An Trade Union fanpage, counting the number of likes and shares. Then, select the works with the most likes and shares to enter the second round held on the Nghe An Trade Union Electronic Information page.

The competition prizes are drawn from the operating budget of the Provincial Federation of Labor and are specified as follows:

In round 1, there are: 1 First prize worth: 500,000 VND; 3 Second prizes (each worth 400,000 VND); 5 Third prizes (each worth 300,000 VND); 10 Consolation prizes (each worth 200,000 VND).

In round 2, there are: 1 First prize, worth: 1.5 million VND; 2 Second prizes (each worth 1 million VND); 3 Third prizes (each worth 700,000 VND); 10 Consolation prizes (each worth 500,000 VND).

The organizers will base on criteria such as photo ratio.participate in the contest, the rate of photos liked, shared, and the results of the rounds to award collective prizes.

Through the contest, the Provincial Federation of Labor wants to contribute to introducing beautiful images and moments of workers and laborers in labor and production, creating a useful playground after work hours, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, ensuring practicality, efficiency, and savings, attracting the active participation of a large number of workers and laborers in the whole province.
