Regarding the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area, Thanh Chuong district has 518 policy households eligible for support in construction and repair, of which 178 households are supported in new construction and 340 households are supported in repair. Up to now, 118 new houses have been built and repaired.

To support the construction and repair of houses for policy families and families with housing difficulties, the district has mobilized the entire political system and focused resources on the work; directed 29/29 communes and towns in the district to sign a commitment to start construction before April 30 and complete before July 30, ensuring the progress assigned by the province.
