History exam committee explains 'interference' method in exam

In response to many concerns from teachers and candidates about the 2017 national high school history exam, on the afternoon of June 29, the National High School History Exam Team issued a notice and affirmed: "The exam questions and answers announced are completely accurate."

According to the announcement from the History Exam Team, the Team has carefully reviewed each question in the exam codes according to the feedback and affirmed that the exam questions and answers announced are completely accurate. Candidates can rest assured that their test results will be accurately evaluated.

The History exam committee believes that this is the first year the Ministry of Education and Training has innovated the History exam in the form of objective multiple choice tests and used multiple choice objective multiple choice questions, in which one of the four options will be correct, the remaining options are included to "distract" the test takers and are called interference options.

In particular, questions at the application and high application levels, according to the technique of writing multiple-choice objective test questions, the distracting options must appear as "reasonable" and "attractive" as the correct option but are not the correct option.

In some questions, there are concerns about the content and answers in the History exam of the 2017 national high school exam. These questions are mostly at the application and high application level.

Therefore, it requires candidates to analyze, evaluate, reason and especially connect events logically to find the correct answer from all given options.
