If not treated promptly and properly, it can lead to paralysis, limitation, and loss of labor capacity. With a love for the profession and a desire to bring patients the most effective treatment methods, Dr. Bien and his colleagues continue to deploy new techniques in the treatment of diseases related to the cranial nerves and spine, neurological diseases, and spine such as: Percutaneous screw surgery to treat spinal trauma; surgery for spontaneous scoliosis; injection of biological cement to shape the vertebral body, etc.

At the same time, he participated in scientific research with many highly applicable topics such as the topic: "Evaluation of cervical disc herniation treatment by anterior approach surgery and bone fusion with peek cage at Nghe An Trauma and Orthopedics Hospital in 2019". Doctor Tran Van Bien shared: For me, the duty of a doctor, in addition to being dedicated to examining and treating patients, is to be aware of self-improvement of knowledge, learning from seniors to improve professional qualifications, solid skills and apply science to serve patients better and better. In particular, I must train myself to properly implement the 12 regulations on medical ethics, especially to follow Uncle Ho's teaching "A good doctor must be like a mother".

In particular, Mr. Duong is known as a typical good farmer in production and business, a typical patriotic emulation model for many years in Nghe An province. He is a farmer who knows how to exploit the strengths of land and local raw materials, boldly borrows capital to invest in production, expands the scale of the factory system, and now his family has a modern tea processing line, and his family's tea products are exported to many domestic and foreign markets, creating regular jobs for dozens of workers.

With 32 hectares of forest land for growing raw materials, each year Mr. Phan Dinh Duong's industrial tea processing and consumption model for exporting to countries in the Middle East has a revenue of nearly 20 billion VND, creating jobs for 10 regular workers and 30 seasonal workers. Since Mr. Duong's family tea processing factory was established, tea growers in the Hanh Lam area have been very excited, because his family is the trusted and responsible consumer, not forcing prices down like traders in other places.

Not only is he good at production and business, Mr. Duong also regularly helps poor households by creating jobs, lending land, and establishing professional groups to guide them on production methods and how to grow tea to achieve high productivity to escape poverty sustainably. "When we successfully develop the economy, we must have the responsibility to contribute to local movements, especially helping people in difficult circumstances because that is the love and humane culture of the Vietnamese people" - Mr. Phan Dinh Duong confided.

CREATIVITY IMPACT

With the desire to return to his hometown to start a business, while realizing the idea of ​​opening a factory to create jobs for the surrounding people, Mr. Ho Xuan Vinh in Quynh Luu district boldly opened a factory to produce fully automatic unburnt brick presses. In 2017, he developed the mechanical brick press line into a 2-way hydraulic brick press line, increasing the brick production capacity from 10,000 bricks/shift to 12,000 bricks/shift. In 2018, he continued to research and improve the 9th generation of brick press with the outstanding feature of being fully automatic. The product won the First Prize of the Nghe An Province Science and Technology Innovation Competition 2017. From the 2 initial product lines, Ho Hoan Cau mechanical factory now has 9 product categories; by 2020, Ho Hoan Cau brick presses were present in all 63 provinces and cities, and exported to 7 countries around the world.

With new innovative initiatives in the field of technology creation that is useful to the community, in 2017, Mr. Ho Xuan Vinh was in charge of the Climate Change Response Project with the topic: "Reducing the use of agricultural clay, reducing emissions, reducing fuel consumption in the production of unburnt bricks by the Ho Hoan Cau unburnt brick casting solution" sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the World Bank.

In 2018, Mr. Vinh was awarded the title "Tam Tai" by the Tam Tai Fund of Nghe An province. In addition to the above honorable award, Mr. Vinh was also awarded the Certificate of Merit for Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings in 2020 by the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the First Prize Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province for "Innovative Start-up",... Along with thousands of other young people, Ho Xuan Vinh has been studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's advice to the Youth, nurturing dreams and ambitions, actively participating in economic development, contributing to building an increasingly prosperous homeland.

After 5 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, in the province there are still many more typical examples, with good and meaningful deeds, creating a widespread influence in the community. In particular, through the implementation of Directive 05, the awareness, consciousness, soul, personality and responsibility of each person, especially cadres and party members, have been increasingly improved, people's hearts are increasingly pure, contributing to the development of society.
