Ukrainian court approves arrest of Russian Black Sea Fleet Commander
The Pecherski District Court of Kiev has issued a warrant for the arrest of the Commander of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, Alexander Vitko, the press service of the Attorney General of Ukraine reported.

The decision of the court The Office of the Attorney General of Ukraine explained that Mr. Vitko did not appear during the interrogation. At the same time, the agency continued to affirm that it had sent a document to the Russian officer, whom Kiev suspected of "deliberate actions aimed at changing the borders of Ukraine" and "inciting treason".
Previously, information appeared on April 18 that the Commander of the Russian Black Sea Fleet was given a document "suspecting" him of committing a criminal offense by an "anonymous representative of the international express delivery service DIMEX". In response, Mr. Vitko replied that he had not received any letters from the military prosecutor's office of Ukraine and did not know anything about their existence.
