The memorial area for revolutionary predecessors was built on a large, flat land with an area of ​​over 1,000 square meters, surrounded by a blooming lotus flower reminiscent of Uncle Ho's hometown Lotus Village.

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Forces' Tradition Day and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025), on the morning of August 14, in Tuyen Quang, General Secretary To Lam and the Central Working Delegation offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and revolutionary predecessors at the Memorial Site of Revolutionary Predecessors, Tuyen Quang province.

After respectfully commemorating the heroic spirit of the great President Ho Chi Minh and revolutionary predecessors, at the Memorial Site of the Revolutionary Predecessors, General Secretary To Lam wrote in his guestbook: “Every time I return to Tan Trao, to the relic site, I feel like I am living in the heroic, seething atmosphere of the days of preparation for the August Revolution in 1945 and the 9-year long resistance war against the French; with the decisions of President Ho Chi Minh and the Party Central Committee that decided the fate of the nation, aroused the solidarity, determination, and indomitable fighting spirit of our army and people, leading the Vietnamese revolution to great victories, establishing the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, driving out the French colonialists, and completely liberating the North.

The Uncle Ho statue inaugurated today in the "Capital of Resistance" shows the love and infinite gratitude of the Party, State and People of the whole country for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and to make the image of Uncle Ho, the father of the nation, forever a symbol of pride, inspiration and strength for the young generation to continue writing the golden pages of the country's history.

In order for the relic site to continue to be a "red address" for today's and future generations, I hope that you comrades will do a good job of managing, preserving and promoting the Uncle Ho monument in a practical and effective manner, contributing to educating the revolutionary tradition of the Party and the nation, the great example of Uncle Ho, especially for the younger generations, thereby fostering patriotism, love for the people, trust in the Party, promoting the steadfast and glorious tradition of a civilized and heroic Vietnam, striving to build a "more dignified and beautiful" Vietnam, "standing shoulder to shoulder with the world powers" as he wished!"
