SUMMARY OF WORK EXPERIENCE
- January 1924: Together with Comrade Pham Hong Thai, he went to Thailand, then to China to seek a way to save the country, and joined the Tan Viet Youth Group (Tam Tam Society).
- 1924: Studied at the Whampoa Military Academy, mentored by Comrade Nguyen Ai Quoc.
- February 1926: Joined the Communist Party of China
- 1926: Graduated from Whampoa Military Academy
- October 1926 - October 1927: Studied at the Military Theory School in Leningrad (Soviet Union)
- December 1927 - November 1928: Studied at Air Force School No. 2 in Borisoglebsk (Soviet Union)
- December 1928: Studied at the Communist University of the East of the Communist International in Moscow under the pseudonym Litvinov. After graduating, he joined the Soviet Red Army and was the first Vietnamese air force soldier.
- Late 1931: Under the name Vuong Nhat Dan, he returned to China to carry out his activities.
- 1932: Attempting to contact the Party organization within the country in order to revive the movement.
- 1934: The Party's Overseas Command was established in Macau, with Comrade Le Hong Phong as Secretary.
- June 14, 1934: A meeting was convened between the Party's overseas leadership committee and representatives from domestic Party branches to discuss plans for convening the Party's first congress.
- March 1935: At the First Congress of the Party in Macau, he was elected General Secretary of the Party.
- July 1935: Led the delegation of our Party to the Seventh Congress of the Communist International in Moscow (Soviet Union). The Congress recognized our Party as an official branch of the Communist International and elected Comrade Le Hong Phong as a member of the Executive Committee of the Communist International.
- January 1936: Arrived in China
- November 10, 1937: Under the name La Anh, he returned to Vietnam to continue his revolutionary activities.
- March 1938: Attended the Central Committee Conference in Hoc Mon (Gia Dinh) which decided to establish the "Indochinese Democratic Front".
- June 22, 1939: First captured by the enemy in Saigon and sentenced to 6 months in prison.
- January 25, 1940: Arrested for the second time, sentenced to 5 years in prison and exiled to Con Dao Island.
- September 6, 1942: Comrade died in Con Dao prison.
