(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of August 30th, in Vinh City, the Provincial People's Committee held a working session with the Binh Duong Industrial Investment and Development Corporation (Becamex IDC) regarding the survey and research of investment projects in Nghe An province. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired the meeting.
Also attending were Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Southeast Economic Zone, and leaders of various departments and agencies. Representing Becamex IDC Binh Duong Corporation were Mr. Pham Ngoc Thuan - Deputy General Director, along with members of the Board of Directors and representatives from subsidiary companies.

During the meeting, Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien provided and exchanged information on the socio-economic situation in the province, emphasizing the potential, advantages, and preferential policies and mechanisms for the development of industrial parks and economic zones. Accordingly, there are 9 projects and items related to the investment, construction, and operation of infrastructure in industrial parks, ports, and water supply that Becamex IDC Binh Duong Corporation could consider investing in. The Provincial People's Committee hopes that Becamex IDC will consider investing in infrastructure (planning, construction of electricity, water, transportation, drainage systems, and coordination mechanisms) in the Southeast Economic Zone and several industrial parks in the province, as well as other areas where the Corporation has strengths.
Representing Becamex IDC Binh Duong, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thuan, Deputy General Director, affirmed that the corporation's delegation to Nghe An this time is a concrete implementation of the cooperation policies agreed upon by the leaders of Binh Duong and Nghe An provinces during a meeting in early August 2013 in Binh Duong. Therefore, Becamex IDC is highly committed to researching and investing in the province. This aligns with the corporation's development orientation and promotes the socio-economic development of Nghe An province, commensurate with its potential and advantages. With 37 years of experience in investing in and constructing industrial parks, residential areas, urban areas, and transportation infrastructure, Becamex IDC Binh Duong is expanding its investments in Binh Phuoc, Quang Ngai, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, and other provinces, covering an area of over 12,000 hectares.
The Becamex IDC Binh Duong delegation surveyed several areas suitable for investment in urban and industrial infrastructure development in Vinh City and Hung Nguyen.
Immediately after working closely with provincial leaders, the Becamex IDC Binh Duong delegation will conduct a field survey at the Southeast Economic Zone and several industrial parks in the province.
