Strengthening the organization of major tourism events
Besides the achieved results, Nghe An tourism still has many limitations: The number of visitors is not stable, international visitors account for a small proportion, and the spending level of visitors is still low. Tourism is highly seasonal. Tourism infrastructure is not synchronized. There is a lack of large investors, new tourism projects are in phase I. Tourism products are still monotonous, lacking specific products with Nghe An brand, lacking the ability to connect with destinations in the region and the whole country. The Western region has great potential but has not been promoted appropriately.
